How do I get a discount for having 10+ in my Group?
Fill in the form on this page with:
- Team name
- How many roughly in the group
We'll then send you a ‘promotional code’ for you to share with your teammates to receive a 10% discount.
Alternatively please email any requests for group discounts / queries to info@hardasoak.com we will get back to you ASAP.
Please note there are no group rates for teen & mini OAK.

General info for Groups
Yes, once you get your group discount code share your date, start time & code with your team mates, they can register and pay for themselves.
No, you can still contact us to get your group discount code and then you share your date, start time & code with your friends, family & colleagues, they can register and pay for themselves.
Yes, team captains / group organisers can pay for the entire team, this works well for companies who want to pay on one credit card. Some team captains / group organisers can collect payment from their team mates and pay all at once. Either way this is not a requirement.
1. Go to our ‘Register’ page.
2. Click the red banner "Enroll……".
3. Select the number of tickets at registration and enter your ‘team mates’ info before submitting payment.
4. Alternatively if you want to SAVE TIME enter your details in the first ticket and then select ‘copy data from: ticket one’ for every other ticket. This will save you entering each individual’s information, as team captain / group organiser you do have to make sure anyone who participates agrees to our ‘Terms & Conditions’.
Just get them to fill out the downloadable sign up page and that is you & them covered, you can have our downloadable T&C’s printed off if anyone wants to read them or they can go online themselves.
If you are paying for everyone at once, you can contact us via info@hardasoak.com so we can check demand and find a solution where possible. If your team mates are paying individually this will not be possible.
1. Go to our Event Brite event page and of the four options select ‘Create a team’.
2. Select ‘Sign up for Eventbrite using your email’ or ‘log in’ if you have an Eventbrite Account
3. Enter your Team name and password protect your team if you want (optional).
4. Then sign up for the event by clicking ‘Register’.
After you register for the event (using your promo code), you can follow the instructions below to create a new team:
Create A Team Instructions
1. Log in to your Eventbrite
2. Enter the email address you used to register for the event.
3. Enter your password.
- If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password?
- An email will be sent to your email address to set your new password.
4. Once logged into your account, you will see all of your current orders. Find the registration you want to join a team with & click on the View Order button to the right.
5. Click the Transfer button on the right hand side of

7. Select Create a Team, enter a team name, and click Check Name. If accepted, you can then create a password and choose the preferred start time for your team. Then click Continue.
8. Verify that all of the information shown is correct and if so, click Continue Transfer. If not, click Start Over to begin the transfer process again.
9. You can now see your updated registration under My Tickets.
Once you have registered, you can follow the instructions below to transfer onto your desired team:
Transfer Instructions
1. Log in to your Eventbrite Account
2. Enter the email address you used to register for the event.
3. Enter your password.
- If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password?
- An email will be sent to your email address to set your new password.
4. Once logged into your account, you will see all of your current orders. Find the registration you want to join a team with & click on the View Order button to the right.
5. Click the Transfer button on the right hand side of the page.
6. Click Change Team.
7. Select Join A Team.
8. Search for the team and enter the password (if applicable) and then click Continue.
9. Verify that all of the information shown is correct and if so, click Continue Transfer. If not, click Start Over to begin the transfer process again.
10. You can now see your updated registration under My Tickets.
All teams that register together will be placed in the same start wave. If team members register late or as an individual and then switch to a team, HaO cannot guarantee that he/she will start at the same time as his/her team. You can always go at a later start time to start together.
Your team can be as big as you want. HaO have no minimum or maximum team size.
Yes, but only the team captain can make edits to the team. To make any edits to your team, follow the instructions below.
Team LogIn Instructions
1. Log in to your Eventbrite
2. Enter the email address you used to register for the race.
3. Enter your password.
- If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password?
- An email will be sent to your email address to set your new password.
4. Towards the bottom of the My Tickets page, you will see your team page.
5. Click on the Team Name
6. From this page you can view and manage everything about your team:
- To change your team name, password, or start time, just click the blue edit team info link at the top of the page next to your team name.
- To invite others to join your team, click the green Invite Team Members button.
- To send e-mails to everyone on your team, click the blue Invite link on the left side of the page.
Team Captains are allowed to manage their team through their Eventbrite account. Only the Team Captain will have access to login and edit the team information, so send this information to your team captain to facilitate any of the following changes:
- Find or edit team password
- Edit Team Name
- Invite new teammates
- Send a message to registered teammates
- If there are not enough free places in the new wave start time that you are looking to transfer to then you will not be-able to change.
To complete any of the tasks above, follow the instructions below to login:
Team Captain Log In Instructions
1. Log in to your Eventbrite account
2. Enter the email address you used to register for the race.
3. Enter your password
- If you've forgotten your password, click **Forgot Password?**
- An email will be sent to your email address to set your new password
4. Towards the bottom of the My Tickets page, you'll see your team page (and fundraising page)
5. Click on the Team Name
6. You will now be on your team page. You have two resources to use:
- At the top of the page, you will see "edit team info" next to your team name. Click this link to view or change your team name, password or preferred start time.
- On the left-side of the page, you will see the option to invite teammates, message current
teammates or register a new teammate.
